EVOLUKIT® PERCHES – SEMI-AUTOMATIC HITCHING

PREFACE

Thanks to our location in Burgundy, in the heart of high-density vineyards, we have since the mechanization of these vineyards in the 1950s developed specific tools adapted to straddle tractors for vines planted from 0.90 to 1.50 m.
To enable the implementation of our equipment, we offer different supports:

Description

Designed by BOISSELET since 1988, the EVOLUKIT® perch can be configured according to your needs and adapted to your tractor. Made of high-strength steel and 100% customizable thanks to a wide range of fastening parts, the EVOLUKIT® perch offers increased versatility and adaptability.

USING THE EQUIPMENT

Our equipment is designed for all of the operations carried out within the vineyard’s cultivation cycle.
To deal with the implementation of equipment, we ensure that straddle tractors are equipped with tool holders between the wheels, using either a pushed or pulled design, and using either hitch or quick fasteners.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC COUPLING OPTION

Designed by BOISSELET since 2014, the semi-automatic hitch allows easy attachment of perch to straddle tractor tool carriers, whether they are in a pushed or pulled position.
The semi-automatic hitch is composed of a rear post (fixed or swinging) bolted to the tool carrier of the straddle tractor and a specific EVOLUKIT® implement

Available as an option, the semi-automatic coupling system, combined with a utility trolly or unloading cart, facilitates the use of equipment and allows quick and effortless hitting and unhitching.

EXAMPLES OF PLOW COMBINATIONS

• RIDGING EQUIPMENT (for plantations up to 1.30m)

Composed of a pair of adjustable helical ridgers and blades, the ridging equipment is used to protect the plants from frost. Malleable soil is thus generated to enable plow-back.

• RIDGE REMOVAL EQUIPMENT (for plantations up to 1.30m)

Composed of a pair of VLG 270 plow-back moldboards and traction springs, it enables ridge removal as close as possible to the plant as well as burying of established weeds.

• TILLING EQUIPMENT (for plantations up to 1.30m)

Composed of 5 legs equipped with tines, this tillage system enables light decompaction and the elimination of medium-sized weeds and vegetation.

• PUSHED PLOW HOEING EQUIPMENT (for plantations up to 1.30m)

Composed of 3 legs equipped with 200 mm & 300 mm heart-shaped shares and two swan-neck legs equipped with 300 mm plant hoes, this hoeing setup enables light weeding of the inter-vine row. It gets as close as possible to the plants thanks to the traction springs.

• PUSHED PLOW HOEING EQUIPMENT WITH HEART-SHAPED SHARES(for plantations up to 1.30m)

Comprising 5 legs equipped with 200 mm heart-shaped shares, this hoeing equipment is for weeding inter-vine rows. The spacing rods ensure lateral rigidity of the plow.

• FRAME-TYPE PLOWING EQUIPMENT
(for plantations from 1.30 to 1.50m)

Designed for vineyard rows from 1.30 to 1.50 meters in width, frame-type plow equipment offers a comprehensive approach to all soil work throughout the seasons. The spacing can be mechanical or hydraulic and tools are attached by bolt-on clamps.

Available in option, the utility trolley facilitates the handling of plows as well as their installation on the tool carriers of high-clearance tractors.
