RIDGE REMOVAL PLOWSHARES – PLOW-BACK ATTACHMENTS
PREFACE
When the crops have been mechanically ridged (with a moldboard tool) or naturally ridged (repeated passages of machinery), it is necessary to undertake a delicate operation: plow-back, or ridge removal or un-earthing.
For this operation it is necessary to use a special sloping implement which makes it possible to work the planting strip known as the “cavaillon” in French.
